The
Other category is used for ROF's Reduction in Force for the most part. The Failure
to Report to the Job box is for the employee that did not show to the Job Site
after being processed by Personnel. It is not to be confused with Absent in
the Discharged Category or Did Not Return to Work box in the Quit category.
