Manpower Request Forms

There are two Manpower Request Forms. The one on the left is for requesting employees by name. The one on the right is used for general craft requests to be filled by the Personnel Department's pool of qualified workers.

All jobs must have a Manpower Request Form (the one on the right) when the job is initially being setup. The Request by name form (left) may be submitted at the same time.

As long as there are openings on the Craft Manpower Request Form (right) a Request by Name form may be submitted alone. The names submitted are recommendations only and are not considered final until they have been processed by the Personnel Department. DO NOT promise any employee a job and DO NOT quote any employee a wage rate.

Submit the Manpower Request Forms as far in advance as possible. For large orders of personnel, it is preferred that at least two weeks of lead time be given to the Personnel Department for processing.
